Orders and Shipping
It takes 4-5 days if you choose standard delivery.
If you choose express delivery, you will receive your order in 1-2 days.
We ship the same day all orders placed by 1 pm; otherwise, the following working day.

You can create an account during checkout or on the my account page.
You simply choose your username and password, and then confirm your account by clicking a confirmation link you receive by email.
Registered users
If you placed an order as a registered user, log in to your user account and under tab “Addresses” change your shipping address.
Non-registered users
If you placed an order as a guest (did not register for an account), please send us your request to change the shipping address by email at help@patris-health.com.
You can check the progress of your order at the shipment tracking page.
Registered users
If you placed an order as a registered user, log in to your user account and under tab “Orders” track the status of your order.
Order already shipped?
You will receive a tracking number and a link to track the shipment by email at the email address you used with your order.
Non-registered users
If you placed an order as a guest (did not register for an account), please send us your request for order status by email at help@patris-health.com.
No, we do not keep any of your credit card details.
All the payments are handled by Stripe and processed at their servers.
We charge a sales tax if you purchase as a natural person. All prices already include a sales tax.
If you purchase as a legal person (a business) and you have a dedicated VAT number, than we will charge without a sales tax.
We ship in the countries of the European Union.
If we have all items in stock, we will ship them in one package.
If a particular item is not in stock, we will communicate this to you before we ship.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
You can return the undamaged items in 30 days and we will return you the money.
Send us an email at help@patris-health.com that you want to return the ordered items, and we will arrange everything necessary.

Please take a photo of a damaged item to help@patris-health.com and we will make sure that you will receive a new item.
