Orders and Shipping

It takes 4-5 days if you choose standard delivery.

If you choose express delivery, you will receive your order in 1-2 days.

We ship the same day all orders placed by 1 pm; otherwise, the following working day.

You can create an account during checkout or on the my account page.

You simply choose your username and password, and then confirm your account by clicking a confirmation link you receive by email.

Registered users
If you placed an order as a registered user, log in to your user account and under tab “Addresses” change your shipping address.

Non-registered users
If you placed an order as a guest (did not register for an account), please send us your request to change the shipping address by email at [email protected].

Registered users
If you placed an order as a registered user, log in to your user account and under tab “Orders” track the status of your order.

Order already shipped?
You will receive a tracking number and a link to track the shipment by email at the email address you used with your order.

Non-registered users
If you placed an order as a guest (did not register for an account), please send us your request for order status by email at [email protected].

No, we do not keep any of your credit card details.

All the payments are handled by PayPal or Stripe and processed at their servers.

We charge a sales tax if you purchase as a natural person. All prices already include a sales tax.

If you purchase as a legal person (a business) and you have a dedicated VAT number, than we will charge without a sales tax.

We currently only ship to EU countries and the UK.

If we have all items in stock, we will ship them in one package.

If a particular item is not in stock, we will communicate this to you before we ship.

Returns and Exchanges

You can return the undamaged items in 30 days and we will return you the money.

We apologize, but apparently we made a mistake when preparing orders for shipping.
