Use this form to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from the day you received your order. You do not need to give a reason.

Good to know
- You can withdraw within 14 days from the day you received your order.
- After you confirm, you receive an e-mail with your statement and the date and time we received it.
- Our team then writes to you with the return instructions. The return is free of charge for you.
- Products you return must be unused and unopened. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, a self-test that has been opened after delivery cannot be returned.
- After the 14 days, our 90-day return still applies. See Returns and refunds.
