About the Patris Health® Pregnancy Blood Test
The Patris Health® Pregnancy Blood Test requires only a drop of blood from a fingertip. It can detect pregnancy already a few days after impregnation, earlier than urine pregnancy tests.
The test is over 98% accurate, and it takes 10 minutes of your time. It is manufactured in France according to ISO13485 and approved by the European authorities for self-testing.

Kit Contents
The Patris Health® Pregnancy Blood Test Kit includes:
- one testing device,
- one diluent buffer,
- two micro-pipettes for blood transfer,
- two lancets to puncture a fingertip,
- one alcohol pad to disinfect the puncture site,
- detailed instructions for use with the illustrative step-by-step testing procedure.
Note: You need only one pipette and one lancet to perform the test. Extra one pipette and one lancet are included in the kit as spare parts if you need them to complete the testing procedure successfully.
Testing Procedure
Testing will take 10 minutes of your time. Individuals usually need about 5 minutes to perform the analysis, and then there is a 5-minute waiting time for the result.
- Draw a drop of blood from a fingertip.
- Add the blood and testing solution to the test device.
- Wait 5 minutes and read the result.
The test kit comes with detailed instructions for use. Follow the procedure exactly as instructed, and you will not have any difficulties performing the analysis.
Interpretation of the Results
Results are interpreted visually as positive, negative or invalid.
The Colour intensity of the test line and control line can be different. If the line is visible, you should take the result into account.
Positive: Control (C) and Test (T) lines appear.
- Consult with your doctor to confirm your pregnancy.
Negative: Only a Control line (C) appears.
- Probably, you are not pregnant.
- A negative result may be due to too low a concentration of a pregnancy hormone in the blood.
- We recommend repeating testing with a new test in a couple of days.

Frequently Asked Questions about the Patris Health® Pregnancy Blood Test
It would be best if you waited at least 10-12 days. It can take few days for an egg to get fertilized. Then another few days that an egg gets implanted, and the placenta starts releasing hCG in the blood.

You should not use the test if you undergo any treatment that could influence hCG concentration in your blood because the result may be false-positive. Certain drugs containing hCG or which are used in combination with hCG and rare medical conditions may lead to a false-positive result.
The test can detect pregnancy earlier than classical urine tests. The placenta releases the hCG hormone first in the blood, and some of it passes in the urine.
Although many urine tests are highly accurate, pregnancy blood tests are even more accurate than urine tests. Blood tests can detect lower amounts of hCG than urine tests.
Hydration does not influence blood tests as it may affect the urine test results due to dilution of hCG.
The test detects the concentration of hCG in blood as low as 25 IU/L. In 98% of cases, our test showed the same result as laboratory tests.
