Which test for tiredness, pallor or breathlessness?
- Iron Deficiency Home Test Shows whether your iron stores (ferritin) are low. A drop of blood from the fingertip, result in 10 minutes.
- Thyroid Function Home Test Shows whether your thyroid may be underactive (raised TSH). A drop of blood from the fingertip, result in 10 minutes.

What to do with the result
If a result is outside the normal range, see your doctor, who can confirm it with a laboratory test and look for the cause. If all results are normal and you still feel tired, see your doctor as well: tiredness has many causes beyond these three.
How these self-tests work
Each kit contains everything you need except a timer. You take the sample, apply it to the test device and read the lines after the time stated in the instructions. The tests are CE-marked in-vitro diagnostic medical devices for self-testing, made in France and certified by notified body 0483. A self-test is a screening test: it tells you whether a value is above or below a threshold, while a laboratory measures the exact number.
